The Reisport grips are designed to enable gymnasts to perform more difficult routines, with the athletes’ safety being the top priority.
The movements involved in this sport subject the athletes’ hands to immense forces. The straps are designed to absorb some of these forces, thereby providing relief. The dowels also improve grip, further enhancing safety.

One thing is clear: we do this with passion and out of love for the sport. Our love for artistic gymnastics is also reflected in the production of the straps, as each one is handmade. Our production team carefully handles every step—from punching and sewing to gluing—giving each piece of leather the attention it deserves.

Sustainability
“We take responsibility for the environment, society, and sports.”
When selecting materials, we prioritize high-quality, durable, and locally sourced raw materials. We source our leather from a certified tannery that uses environmentally friendly, vegetable-based tanning methods and avoids the use of harmful chemicals.
The substances used in the manufacturing process are water-based. In addition, the tannery takes specific measures to reduce its water and energy consumption. Through careful and resource-efficient processing, we ensure that sustainability and the highest product quality go hand in hand.
Our production takes place locally at our headquarters in Reinach, Aargau. We are committed to fair working conditions, transparent processes, and a corporate culture in which respect, fair compensation, and a healthy work-life balance are a given.
