Measuring the palm to determine the size of the grips

Measure the distance from the base of your hand to your longest finger and refer to the table below to determine your size.

Note: If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the smaller size.

If you’re switching from a Velcro closure to a buckle closure, we recommend choosing one size
smaller.

Ultimately, the choice of size depends on the gymnast’s preferences. Therefore, all of these
measurements are provided for reference only.
