Step by step
Our leather goods are made entirely by hand. Every step of the production process is carried out with care and precision:
> Cutting out the leather patterns
> Printing on the surface
> Sewing the individual components together
> Gluing and reinforcing the materials
> Attaching straps and ribbons

This attention to detail ensures consistently high quality from the very first cut to the finished product.
Why isn't it manufactured using machines?
Handmade
Although much of the production is now done by machine, Reisport continues to place a strong emphasis on handcrafted work. Using the leather we source from our supplier, our production team crafts high-quality straps with great care and expertise, specifically designed and manufactured for top-level performance in artistic gymnastics.
Our Why
We are often asked why we continue to rely on this method of production. Because the process is done by hand, each individual strap passes through several pairs of hands. This allows for continuous quality control at every stage, ensuring consistently high quality.

Protec Series –
for maximum durability
With the Protec Series, we have developed a specially reinforced leather line. Through an innovative sandwich construction, tear resistance is increased and lifespan is significantly extended without losing the natural grip feel.
This series is the result of targeted development and close collaboration with athletes.

Behind Reisport is a dedicated team with a passion for quality, precision, and gymnastics. In our production facility in Switzerland, 10 employees craft our products with extensive experience and meticulous craftsmanship. Together with management and the website’s technical support, we work every day to support athletes worldwide with reliable products.
